Market Survey/Request for Information for Marine/Vessel Leasing (Bareboat)(Continential United States). Currently the Government issues multiple purchase orders to satisfy requirements for various bareboat charters in the Continential United States. The current approach is not efficient and the Government intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with firms that have the capability to provide specific vessel leases of multiple types at various locations throughout the Continental United Stated (CONUS). The anticipated maximum period of performance of the vessel agreements shall be five (5) years and the Government anticipates that future calls placed against the BPA will be competed. BPAs will be awarded by named vessel, vessel type and zone. All firms having the capability to provide vessel leases, as described in this RFI, are encouraged to respond. Details of the Governments anticipated requirements and procurement approach are contained in the Request For Information (RFI) document. Only written questions will recieve a response, provided questions are submitted before the stated due date in the RFI of 13 MAY 2019 at 1200PM Pacific Time. RFI submissions are due 03 JUNE 2019 at 1200 Pacific Time. Submissions shall be sent electronically to John M Knizner, Contracting Officer, john.knizner@socom.mil. ORIGINAL MARKET SURVEY/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DOCUMENT LISTED A DUE DATE FOR QUESTIONS OF 1200PM PACIFIC TIME THURSDAY, 13 MAY 2019 WHICH WAS IN ERROR. AMENDMENT 02 TO RFI ISSUED 21 MAY 2019: GOVERNMENT IS ISSUING AMENDMENT TO PROVIDE RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS RECIEVED. ADDITIONAL OR FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED OR RECIEVE A RESPONSE. DUE DATE FOR RFI RESPONSE REMAINS UNCHANGED AT 1200PM PACIFIC TIME, 03 JUNE 2019.
