REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) H92240-19-I-0005 Student Educational Software SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis/RFI. The Government is neither negotiating nor calling for offers at this time. No solicitation is being issued at this time; and while a formal solicitation may be issued at a later date, this notice does not commit the government to ultimately award a contract. This announcement is an expression of interest only and does not commit the Government to pay for any response or preparation cost. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this sources sought synopsis. This information will be reviewed and will be used to develop the acquisition strategy and possibly a Request for Quotation. Market Research is being conducted to seek qualified contractors with the skills, knowledge, and resources required provide the requirement listed below, on behalf of Naval Special Warfare (NSW). Description of Requirement This purpose of this requirement is to provide an exsisting software that will aid in data aggregation of students that will assist in the assessment, training and selection of students via different criteria. The software shall have the ability to be modified, the ability to accept uploaded .jpg, .pdf, & .doc files, create an executive summary from all aggregated data compliled by a specific student and the ability to archive data then be able to view & retrieve data if/as needed. The software shall allow questions or performance based metrices to be tied to factors and attributes loaded into the system. The software needs to have capability to be modified to include additional data and tailoring as required. Training needs to be available to teach end users how to properly utilize this system. Updates & technical support will need to be available. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 Million.
