Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for the establishment of a one year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract issuing Firm Fixed priced Task Orders for technical services for life-support of Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS) across its enterprise to include such tasks as preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency maintenance, special projects and engineering assessments. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a) and as a bridging strategy to support the establishment of a competitive effort for a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract. The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 561621, and the small business size standard is $20,500,000. The Government intends to award this contract to Trofholz Technologies, Inc. (CAGE 3CLN9). This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
