Contract H92240-19-D-0010 was competitively awarded on 27 March 2019. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501 (a) and under FAR 6.302-1, only one source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements to SOFWare, LLC (CAGE: 6CXR7) of Carlsbad, California. A contract modification to increase the contract maximum/ceiling of H92240-19-D-0010 Continuum of Leadership Development, with SOFware, LLC., by $6M to accommodate the directed force-wide implementation of the software, hardware, and support services is being executed. The current five-year ordering period remains unchanged. Appropriate Orders will be funded with Operations & Maintenance funds from the year of execution. The work will be performed in and around the region of San Diego, CA.
