This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research only, seeking interested sources capable of providing training support services to Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements across the Department of War or other federal agencies, with a draft Performance Work Statement attached. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period including a 30-day phase-in, plus four 12-month option periods, under anticipated NAICS 611710 with a $24 million size standard. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM and are asked to provide company and point-of-contact details, UEI, business size/pending status changes, Facility Clearance Level, CMMC Unique Identifier, and a capability statement up to 10 pages. The capability statement should address SOF training support experience, recruitment and retention strategy for SOF specialized instructors/role-players/training support personnel, and similarly sized contract management experience. Respondents may also provide non-binding ROM pricing for market research, but the government will not award a contract from this RFI or pay for information submitted.
