The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Fort Bragg, NC, has a requirement for a Contractor to provide non-personal services and provide all personnel, supervision, supplies and other items and services (not specifically identified herein to be Government-furnished), necessary to provide event planning coordination services. These services consist of event planning to include event venue locations (hotel or conference center), food and beverage services, childcare services, audio and visual services in support of the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Program. The events are defined as: In-Person Events that occurs at an event venue location (hotel or conference center) with meeting space, childcare services, food and beverage services, and audio and visual services secured for by the Contractor for a minimum of 10 families and a maximum of 150 families with childcare services for children ranging from 10 children to 150 children. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 30-40 events per year. The anticipated period of performance is for a twelve (12) month base ordering period and four (4) twelve-month optional ordering periods. See attachment for further details.
