The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for the Psychological Assessment Support Services for the Directorate of Psychological Applications (DPA). The anticipated period of performance includes a 30-day phase in, 11-month base period with four (4) one-year ordering periods. The work to be performed under this contract shall be accomplished at Fort Bragg, NC, Fort Campbell, KY, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA, Fort Benning, GA, Hunter Army Airfield, GA, Camp Merrill, GA, Richmond, VA, Fort A.P. Hill, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, Elgin Air Force Base, FL, Fort Carson, CO and other CONUS locations. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services necessary to perform psychological services in support of the Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF). These services shall be conducted in support of and in coordination with major command elements and USASOC subordinate units. In addition, the Contractor may also provide psychological services in support of and in coordination with other United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) components, to include, but not limited to the Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM). The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in the Performance Work Statement. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 621330 “Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians)", with a small business size standard of $8 million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. This is a Best Value Trade-Off evaluation conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15, as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Special Operations Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (SOFARS). The requirement is in support of the USASOC Directorate of Psychological Applications (DPA) in support of the Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF).
