The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PAR, INC., under the authority 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This is a notice of intent to issue an award to PAR Inc to provide the following items: 0001, NEO-PI-3/PI-R COUNTER SERIAL DOWNLOAD, 39 Each 0002, NEO-PI-3/PI-R OSR SCANNABLE ANSWER SHEET, 13 Each 0003, NEO SS (3 VERSION) DOWNLOAD, 1 Each 0004, NAB ATTENTION MODULE FORM 1 RECORD FORM, 3 Each 0005, NAB EXECUTIVE FORM 1 RECORD FORMS (25), 3 Each 0006, Shipping and Handling, 1 Each PAR, INC., 16204 N Florida Ave Lutz FL 33549 is the only authorized distributor of the items requested for United States sales. This is not a solicitation. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
