This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Event planning, coordination, and logistical support services are needed to provide training events for authorized attendees. The event is in support of the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program and the TRIBE Program; and will include the need for guest rooms, conference room, childcare rooms, food/beverage service, and childcare services. All questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM EST on 25 August 2022 . See attachment for solicitation, pricing sheet, and additional information. Amendment to PWS - Expanding the range of event to within 50 miles of Myrtle Beach, with still required to be on coastline and oceanfront property. Change due to concerns expressed by several vendors, regarding availability of Myrtle Beach hotels during this 16 - 18 September 2022 weekend.
