See AMENDMENT 0001 and amendment conformed copy attached. The Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command (USASOC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with American LabelMark Company, Inc., Seattle, Washington. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price single contract for Hazardous Material Certification Automation Support (Concurrent License) for HQs, USASOC and to be available for use no later than 20 March 2022. Pursuant to the FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Sources Will Satisfy Agency Requirements for the above cited service. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action is based upon results of the sources sought posted from 04–18 January 2022 and this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice may be collected for future requirements however, due to immediate mission needs, will not be considered for the purposes of this acquisition.
