The Contractor shall provide non-personal services necessary to perform psychological services in support of the Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF). These services shall be conducted in support of and in coordination with major command elements and USASOC subordinate units. In addition, the Contractor may also provide psychological services in support of and in coordination with other United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) components, to include, but not limited to the Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM). The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in the Performance Work Statement. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 621330 “Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians)", with a small business size standard of $8 million.
