THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies being requested by HQ, United States Special Operations Command (USASOC) on behalf of US Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS). Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All persons responding must reference solicitation number H92239-20-Q-0041 which is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is a total 100% small business set-aside. Review the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for additional descriptive information. Responses shall be submitted electronically via email to Sandra Bramble at sandra.g.bramble@socom.mil. All quotes shall be submitted by Friday, 18 Sep 2020 at 11:00 AM EST. and shall include reference number H92239-20-Q-0041 in the subject line and submission documents. Respondents are cautioned that due to file size limitations and e-mail security protocols, there is a risk that not all correspondence will be received by this office. It is the interested parties' responsibility to ensure receipt of all e-mail and faxed correspondence.
