The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtaining) the seven (7) attached NSNs. THERE IS ONE APPROVED SOURCE FOR THESE ITEMS BELOW: BELL, CAGE 97499. NIINs found not to be sole source will not be considered for future procurement under this sources sought. The Sources Sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for an offer. This does not constitute as a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). DLA-Aviation can only receive Source Approval Requests (SAR) through DoDSafe link due to internet/web safety concerns per Engineering. To submit your SAR, please send an email to: dlaavnsmallbus@dla.mil, subject line "Request a SAR Drop Off". Include CAGE code, the NSN, and the email address where you want to receive the DoDSafe link. After we receive your email request, a DoDSafe drop off will be returned, where you can download your SAR file and return.
