US ARMY Eisenhower Army Medical Center (now currentlyaligned under the Defense Health Agency) has a requirement for a comprehensive Managed Print Service solution to obtain the leasing of multifunction devices (MFDs), including maintenance, services; and on-site staffing to support the deployment and on-going daily operations of the fleet of leased MFDs and support of consumables for government owned printers. Furthermore, EAMC has a requirement to implement a fully integrated workflow and document management solution to streamline and automate their workflow processes. EAMC has determined that the requirements of this solution have multiple components that are seamlessly integrated as a total solution to ensure successful implementation and success of this project. All components should be supplied by a single contractor with complete support as a total fully integrated solution.
