Description Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government’s expected solicitation release set for the date of or around 24 July 2021. The solicitation number will be FA448421Q0023. Procurement Description: The 87th Communications Squadron requests an upgrade of the Giant Voice (GV) System on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL). The required delivery date will be 31 October 2021. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, wiring, software, materials, supplies, transportation, lift, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) the requirements as stated in the statement of objectives (SOO). The Contractor shall upgrade the current GV System, plus all required support infrastructure to include such items as Radio Frequencies (RF) APX4500 radios, siren speakers at McGuire, siren controller boards, siren amplifier boards, chargers, solar voltage regulators, solar power panels, batteries, McGuire central control equipment. All materials shall be new and not refurbished. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
