Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 19.804-6(c). The contracting officer may issue and order directly to the one 8(a) contractore in accordance with 19.504(c)(1)(ii) when - (1)The multiple-award contract was reserved for 8(a) participants; (2) The order has an estimated value less than or equal to $7 million for acquisitions assigned manufacturing NAICS codes and $4 million for all other acquisitions; and (3) The offering and acceptance procedures at 19.804-2 and 19.804-3 are followed. The USAF, 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE awarded a non-competitive firm fixed price 8(a) sole source IDIQ to Ice Technical Service, Inc. on 17 September 2021 with a $4.5 Million ceiling. Period of Perofrmance - The Period of Performance is from 17 September 2021 to 16 September 2023 with an option period from 17 September 2023 through 16 September 2026.
