The Dean of Faculty Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership (DFBL) at the US Air Force Academy seeks to acquire a digital neuroimaging data analysis training curriculum library. Neuroimaging technologies are crucial in studying Human-Human and Human-AI interactions with unprecedented precision and accuracy. Numerous large-scale data sets relevant to the warfighter effort are publicly available. However, the USAF Academy lacks the training to utilize these data sets effectively in behavioral science core, elective, and capstone courses. This proposed investment aims to bridge this strategic resource gap by providing cadets and faculty with the required training to access, analyze, interpret, and apply these public data sets in the context of future conflict. Furthermore, this investment will enable cadets and faculty to leverage these capabilities for cadet development. This request is for new training material. The performance period must begin before the end of the 2023 fiscal year. The duration of the service will end in August 2024.
