Prior to starting the upgrade, the contractor shall backup DMA's PD2 current production database. On-site professional services include the following tasks: Task 1: Migrating SPS Servers to Windows 2019; Task 2: Upgrade from PD2 v4.2 Increment 2 SR17b to PD2 v4.2 Increment 2 SR18; Task 3: Upgrade from PD2 v4.2 Increment 2 SR18 to PD2 v4.2 Increment 2 SR19; and Development of an Operational Maintenance Guide.
