The F-35 JPO intends to award a modification to incorporate a two-month extension, with the option to exercise three one-month extensions, to contract GS-03F-135DA, Task Order (TO) N6833519F0513 for the continuation of Managed Print Services at all F-35 JPO CONUS sites provided by Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. The proposed action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The extension is required to provide continued print services during the interim period needed to complete the follow-on competitive requirement and provide contract transition time.
