A pre-proposal conference will be held via teleconference on 04 November 2026 at 10:00 AM EST, with attendance confirmation requested by 03 November 2026 at 1:00 PM EST. The RFP is expected to be issued on or about 20 October 2026, and the price target range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
