This is a notice of intent to order for maintenance dredging of the Intracoastal Waterway channel and settling basin near Baker Haulover, with placement of the material on a beach south of the inlet. The opportunity is restricted to nine pre-qualified contractors who were awarded under a specific prior solicitation. The price target range for the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance is 100 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with work commencing within 60 days of that notice. This is a total small business set-aside requirement.
