The awarded Contractor shall provide Information Technology services including operating, maintainng, and transition support to a fully intengrated site for the Defense Health agency. Intellidyne, LLC was awarded a 12 month bridge with a base period of performance from 1 November 2023 through 30 April 2024. This task order was not awarded competitively, in order to prevent a gap in service, while this requirement is competitively procured for end of FY24.
