This project involves replacing all HVAC equipment and controls at Tyndall AFB, Florida, with a new centralized system, including necessary structural modifications and interior repairs. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in FY2026, with construction occurring over one year in 2026-2027, subject to fund availability. The building must remain operational as much as possible during construction. The new control system will be Siemens Design, reporting to the Tyndall COMM building via fiber link. Performance of services will be at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida.
