The interior of the existing retail area will be reconfigured to keep Chopz Spoke and accommodate two additional food concepts (Hunt Brothers Pizza and Eddie Peppers To Go). The project includes all interior modifications, finishes, and required equipment to meet current marketing standards. If acceptable bids are received, the adjacent mall scope will include polished concrete flooring, paint, ceiling acoustical panels and LED fixtures.
