General Information: Sources Sought Notice Posted Date: 15 March 2019 Response Date: 1 April 2019 NAICS Code: 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Set-Aside Small Business (Potential) Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Space Command, 50 CONS, 210 Falcon Parkway, Suite 2116, Schriever AFB, CO, 80912-5006, UNITED STATES Description Schriever AFB has multiple employee, contractor and personnel surface parking lots located outside of the Base Restricted Area. These lots serve the north (main entry) portal, the west (contractor) entry portal, the SAFB Operations Support Facility, the Base Credit Union, Health Clinic, Fitness Center, Event Center, Child Development Center (CDC), Pass & ID and Buildings 24, 26 and 780, and have a reported the existing aluminum parking lot light poles that are original, over 32 years old, and are at the end of their useful life.. See Attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 3 Aug 2018. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(f). Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3. Point of contact including name, phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4. Size status and/or SBA certification. 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. 6.
