The CNG fueling station is no longer in use and has not been operational for several years. HQ AFSPC no longer provides maintenance funding for the CNG fueling station, which now poses a safety risk. See Attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 7 Dec 2018. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $25,000 - $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 237120 - Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3. Point of contact including name, phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4. Size status and/or SBA certification. 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. 6. Industry is encouraged to provide feedback, comments, or questions on the draft acquisition requirements. *NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project.
