The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to InfoMine The Northern Miner Group - Glacier Resource Innovation Group, 100 N Mullan Rd Ste 102, Spokane Valley, Washington 99206, for mining data to support ongoing GEOINT analysis related to critical minerals and supply chain analysis, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The procurement is for SOURCE COMMERCIAL GEOINT ASSESSMENTS functions at NGA Campus East (NCE) and NGA Campus West (NCW). This effort will provide NGA with data access to narrow or eliminate mining operation knowledge gaps, answer questions on all minable commodities worldwide and provide updates on areas of interest within 24-hours. This effort will allow the conduct near real time analysis on critical minerals with a specific focus on Strategic Competition and China’s and Russia’s efforts to disrupt global supply chains. NGA believes InfoMine The Northern Miner Group - Glacier Resource Innovation Group is the only source reasonably available to satisfy this requirement. No competition is being sought. The period of performance will be for 12-months after contract award with four (4) additional 12-month option periods, for a total of 60-months. This is a synopsis prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any entity that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification no later than the stated response date. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
