Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Gas Cylinder Maintenance and Repair Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide gasses, cylinder maintenance, and cylinder inspection annotated on the price list fill-in provided by this solicitation on Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price lists are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award multiple 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. This procurement is being set aside as a Total (100%) Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, and the Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. The services requested will be procured using FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures. Offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit all items required by this solicitation. Offerors must also acknowledge any and all amendments to this solicitation. Failure to accomplish any of the aforementioned requirements may result in the Offeror being deemed non-responsive and not further considered for award.
