The US Space Force is seeking a single source to deliver software engineering changes, complex/unscheduled software maintenance, and around-the-clock Tier II/III support for the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) Satellite Broadcast Managers and Receive Broadcast Managers. The contractor will also implement approved architecture changes and develop training courses for SBM users. The contract includes a six-month base period with four one-year options, with performance estimated from April 2027 through September 2031. The government may require unlimited data rights for the system’s technical data package, compliant with MIL-STD-31000C. Interested parties are invited to submit a Statement of Capability addressing their ability to satisfy these requirements.
