The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) – Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Network Designs, Inc., located at 1651 Old Meadow Rd Ste 105, McLean, VA 22102-4308. The contract is being awarded to procure the contractor owned Virtual Secure – Remote (ViSR) capability at Fort Bragg. The ViSR system was formerly known as the Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) program.
