The additional information has been provided by the requesting activity: -All Government Furnished Equipment will be provided, and then maintained by the contractor. -All Subsistence will be ordered via the DLA SPV. -All items must meet the US Army Guidelines and meet DLA Berry-Amendments. -Contractors will also be responsible for Administrative Control of the Facility. -CAC Cards and Installation Access would be provided upon award of contract.
