This Sources Sought is to located Contractors able to provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessaryto deliver pump/service testing for eight (8) apparatus and equipment, including Ground Ladder Testing, Vehicle Apparatus, and Vehicle Testing. The contractor shall comply with manufacturer’s recommendations and procedures. The testing services will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. In addition, the contractor shall provide a written initial emergency notification reporting and response procedures for all potential foam spills and leaks. The contractor shall provide a full functional inspection and test on arrival prior to the unit/equipment being accepted by the Government. The contractor shall provide annual inspection and service-testing good for one year. Contractor must mee ISO/IEC 17020 certification requirement and/or compliance with NFPA standards.
