The contractor shall be responsible for locating adequate storage/warehouse space for Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) equipment, including drayage and/or related freight and air transportation services. The contractor shall provide immediate storage/warehousing need of up to 20,000 square feet of storage for PACAF equipment to be positioned on Saipan. The contractor shall make all arrangements for securing storage or warehouse space; protection and delivery of equipment to and from the airport (Francisco C. Ada/Saipan International Airport) or seaport (Port of Saipan); movement of equipment in and around the storage facility to facilitate service and maintenance operations and perform services to maintain security and safety of equipment in appropriate storage/warehouse facilities.
