This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. All offerors shall follow attached combine synopsis document and attachments. All interested vendors intending to submit a quote need to attend a pre-proposal conference and site visit. -Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit: 1. Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit.
