The David Grant Medical Center owns two Fresenius Kabi Continuous Autotransfusion System (CATS) machines, model number OCAT3870 and OCAT3860. Operator must work with this cell saver system operation. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) is a draft; no major changes are expected to be made to the PWS after to this Sources Sought. We would like to know what is the availability of auto transfusion on the open market. Does the private sector have an interest in any future requirements for providing such a service? If you or your company provides cell saver/auto transfusion services, we would greatly appreciate it if you would respond to this Sources Sought.
