This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is FYAT8Y9178AW01 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ); 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. 4. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210. The applicable small business size standard is $15.0 Million. 5. The following line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are applicable to this acquisition: 0001 Waveguide Bridge Install and All Other Work IAW TRD Attachment 1 Qty: 1 U/I EA 6. This requirement is for the repair and extension of the waveguide bridge from building 1801 to tower 1830, the reinstallation of the Lightning Protection System and grounding where required, the installation of cable management ladder on tower 1830 from ground level to 100', and the installation of two user provided antenna mounts on tower 1830. All work shall be IAW Attachment 1 - Technical Requirements Document (TRD). *Refer to Appendix B in Attachment 1 for a list of all parts and equipment to be provided as Government Furnished Property. 7.
