This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research to identify capable firms for follow-on engineering services supporting the Navy's Portable Impact Location System (PILS) for Trident II and Air Force Sentinel flight tests. The work includes maintenance, operation, sustainment, logistics, and lifecycle management, requiring over 25 FTEs to perform in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and various other locations. The contract type will be Cost Plus Fixed Fee, with a final delivery 54 months after award, and the contract award is estimated for 1 October 2026. Respondents must demonstrate recent and relevant experience performing similar efforts with an annual incurred cost of at least $20 million within the past five years. Small businesses are strongly encouraged to respond, and any submitted capability statements must follow strict formatting guidelines and are due by 10 February 2026.
