This solicitation has been cancelled indefinitely. The government will instead issue a Request for Quotation through the GSA e-Buy system to holders of Federal Supply Schedule contracts. Only FSS contract holders for the appropriate schedule will be eligible for award. No proposals or quotations will be accepted in response to the original solicitation at this time. Offerors who have already submitted quotes will be added to an interested vendor list for future consideration.
