Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Firm Fixed-Price, 100% small business set-aside Request for Quote for the rental of a shower trailer. The services are required at Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA from 15-26 June 2026. The evaluation will be based on best value, considering price, technical acceptability, and delivery time for an "all or none" award. The contractor must be actively registered in SAM and comply with all listed FAR and DFARS clauses. All contractual changes and payments must be authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer.
