The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL, has a requirement to procure an artificial turf, to include installation, for the 42d Security Forces Squadron (42 SFS) K9 Training Field at Maxwell AFB, AL that meets the requirements of the attached “Draft” Statement of Requirements (SOR).
