673d CONS is looking for vendors that have the capabilities of providing Observer Support consisting of entry control monitoring and observer support of a designated construction zone located in one o... 673d CONS is looking for vendors that have the capabilities of providing Observer Support consisting of entry control monitoring and observer support of a designated construction zone located in one of JBERs Hangars. Entry control and Observer personnel will be utilized to ensure only authorized personnel are granted entry into the designated construction zone and adequate observation and physical location control of construction workers. In addition, observers will ensure construction security requirements are met IAW ICD 705ts security procedures during different phases of site preparation, construction, fit-out and lock down. Observer personnel are required to obtain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access to comply with mandatory national directives and accreditation standards. Vendors are required to have a Top Secret (TS) clearance with the federal government prior to contract start date. See attached Performance Work Statement for complete requirement.
