This Justification For An Exception To Fair Opportunity (JEFO) only applies to vendors under the AAR MAC N00421-21-D-0033 and N00421-21-D-0034. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. In accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(2)(ii)(D), the justification and approval for an exception to fair opportunity is being posted as a Justification for an increase to the basic Air to Air Refueling MAC for N00421-21-D-0033 in support of the Contracted AAR Services.
