Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Johnson is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract that consists of pavement, infrastructure, and drainage. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Certified 8(a) small business set-aside under NAICS 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (Size Standard $45 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $26,000,000 and $100,000,000.00. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, plant, materials, and equipment to provide repairs and new construction of pavement, infrastructure, and drainage as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings at various locations at Ft. Johnson, Louisiana. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed at various locations at Ft. Johnson and other designated training locations (i.e., Peason Ridge, etc.). The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: LA20230014, will govern work under this contract. A Bid guarantee is required and shall be at least 20% of the bid price but, shall not exceed $3,000,000.00. An organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement. The site visit will be held on 11 January 2024 @ 1:00 PM. Additional details will be available in the solicitation.
