Request for interest for a Design-Build construction contract to build a Secure Storage Facility, including supporting infrastructures and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) at the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF) Base. The United States Government (USG) will provide concept drawings and specifications as part of the Construction Request for Proposal package to the interested bidders. The interested bidders shall have the necessary permits, licensing, capacity, and ability to perform construction at the RJAF. The Contractor shall incorporate a Contractor Quality Control system as outlined in the Statement of Requirements and complete the designs as part of the Design Build requirement.
