This is a design build project. Various equipment throughout MBW have exceeded their life expectancy resulting in persistent maintenance issues and incurred costs. Project scope includes replacement of boilers and controls, replacement of refrigerant lines, replacement of VFDs, and Replace walk in freezer evaporator, and condensing unit.
