The contractor shall provide onsite vendor solution technical support for The Medical Community of Interest (MEDCOI) network system transition for our Q-Flow system at the 42d Medical Group, MAFB, AL in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, industry standards, all federal, state, local regulations and Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will provide onsite vendor solution technical support to include two existing client provided SQL 2012 virtualized servers, bring the servers to full Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance to meet ATO standards, and reimage and process new IP addresses on all five of the Q-Flow systems for the site. Contractor will have 1 day travel with 3 days onsite.
