This is a non-personal services contract to provide anchored pole or framed tents to Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) during Field Training at Camp Shelby, Mississippi. AFROTC is requiring the rental of 45 anchored pole or framed tents that range between 18 – 33 ft in width and 18 – 33 ft in length, has a minimum 6 ft. height at any point under the tent, and is white, tan, or beige in color. The contractor will be responsible for setting up and tearing down the tents at Camp Shelby on non-paved surfaces (grass, dirt, gravel, etc.).
