Presolicitation Notice Grounds Maintenance Services, Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) Description: The 700th Contracting Squadron, Kapaun Air Station, Germany, hereby publicizes its intention to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for non-personal Grounds Maintenance services in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) area consisting of Ramstein Air Base, Vogelweh Admin & Housing Area, Rod & Gun Club, Kapaun Annex, Einsiedlerhof Annex, Landstuhl Annex, Kaiserslautern Cold Storage including T-37 & T-41 Storage Facilities, Bann Communications Site, Pirmasens-Husterhöhe Communications Site and Breitenbach. Release of the RFP is anticipated in July 2020. The Government plans to use the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website and email as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information.
