The justification for other than full and open competition is based on Only One Responsible Source and No Other Suppliesor Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to Cellebrite Inc for Cellebrite certifications (CMFF,CCO,CCPA, CCME) for the WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because services are available from only one responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
