The proposed work involves providing all materials, labor, and equipment for the removal and replacement of the steam and condensate lines at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, D.C. This work involves confined spaces, so permits will be required. All government, contractor, sub-contractor, or any personnel entering the work area during the course of work, including pre-construction, will be required to comply with the Confined Space Program and any associated certifications. The contractor shall provide a broken-out cost proposal to reflect all labor, equipment, material, and transportation costs needed to accomplish the following goals. It is the contractors’ responsibility and obligation to conform to all state and local laws, manufacturer’s recommendations, and any codes and guidelines outlined in the scope of work dated August 12, 2020
